I’m a real estate entrepreneur dedicated to empowering women through real estate so that they may uplift their families, their communities, and help to eliminate the largest wealth gap in the country.

I’ve been fortunate to work on and learn from lots of diverse experiences throughout my career. I love getting the opportunity to launch new projects and share what I’m learning with anyone coming behind me so that they might shorten their learning curves and accelerate their success.

Brittany Rose is a socially conscious real estate entrepreneur on a mission to dismantle systemic oppression, create intergenerational wealth for those who have historically been disinfranchised, and close the racial wealth gap. She is deeply committed to empowering women in real estate, recognizing that wealth creation not only transforms individuals but also uplifts families and entire communities.

With over 17 years of experience in business, Brittany successfully scaled her first company to nearly 20 employees and generated millions in revenue. Recognizing an opportunity to expand her impact, she pivoted her expertise into a real estate consultancy, helping individuals buy, sell, and invest in real estate.

Today, Brittany focuses on raising capital for ground-up development projects through her investment fund, Vanta, while supporting clients through her 'Tenant to Tycoon' program, which helps individuals—whether active or passive investors—develop tailored real estate wealth strategies. She is also dedicated to growing Women In Real Estate™ (W.I.R.E.), an organization she co-founded in 2021 that now boasts over 100,000 supporters.

Her leadership and impact have been widely recognized.
