I’m a real estate entrepreneur dedicated to empowering women through real estate so that they may uplift their families, their communities, and help to eliminate the largest wealth gap in the country.

I’ve been fortunate to work on and learn from lots of diverse experiences throughout my career. I love getting the opportunity to launch new projects and share what I’m learning with anyone coming behind me so that they might shorten their learning curves and accelerate their success.

Bio

Brittany is a social impact entrepreneur and has a mission to create and support systems and organizations that help to dismantle systematic oppression, create intergenerational wealth, and eliminate the racial wealth gap. Moreover, she focuses on the empowerment of women building wealth in real estate as it allows them not only to acquire wealth for themselves but often also helps to transform their families and communities.

After her 15 years in business, during which she grew her company to a staff just shy of 20 employees and millions in revenue, she saw an opportunity to pivot her business and real estate experience into the formation of a real estate consultancy that helps individuals buy, sell, and invest in real estate around the world. 


Brittany has ownership stakes in several companies but is currently focused on her new homes development project in Houston, Tx, managing her real estate investment fund, Vanta, supporting clients through their ‘Tenant to Tycoon’ journey, a program that helps create a real estate wealth strategy for anyone looking to buy or invest in real estate actively or passively, and growing Women In Real Estate ™, an organization she co-founded in 2021 now boasting over 75,000+ supporters.  

She has been featured on the cover of the Loudoun (pronounced LOUD - DON) Business Journal as one of the top women business leaders in Loudoun County, named Woman of the Year by Phi Upsilon Zeta, of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.., and has been featured in publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, USA Today, Inc Magazine, Under30CEO.com, U.S. News & World Report, Yahoo Voices, American Express Open Forum, and various others.
